A decade of movement, healing, and mastery

Hi, I'm Dr. Damir Simunac. Over the last 11+ years, I've helped thousands of people move better — from chronic pain patients and post-surgical rehab to competitive athletes and everyday movers. No matter who I work with, the goal is always the same: restore trust in your body.

My care blends chiropractic adjustments, advanced manual therapy, and targeted movement training to help people feel stronger, more mobile, and in control again.

My approach is shaped by years of cross-disciplinary training — from Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to targeted soft tissue techniques and movement-based systems. I stay learning, and refining, in order to help you get results.

Principles, not protocols

Skill Over Hype

No gimmicks. No scripts. Just principles that hold up under pressure. The work speaks for itself.

Freedom Over Fear

Movement isn't fragile. You'll learn to build confidence through control, not caution. Your body is more capable than you think.

Presence Over Protocol

You're not a case number. I show up to every session prepared to problem-solve — not repeat. Your context matters.

10 years in, still learning every day

I've spent the last decade helping patients move out of pain and into strength — not just with adjustments, but with systems that teach the body how to stay resilient.

But it's not just about the certifications. It's about showing up for each patient, one movement at a time — and knowing when to pivot.

What does "anti-wellness chiropractic" mean?

It means we focus on evidence-based, measurement-driven care rather than the vague wellness claims common in the chiropractic industry. We don't sell long-term maintenance plans based on philosophy. We assess you with objective tools, treat based on findings, track measurable progress, and discharge you when you're better.

Ready to move forward?

Whether you're dealing with pain, working toward performance, or just want to move better — I'm here when you're ready.
